2. What are the shipping options?

We offer standard shipping for all orders. We prioritize delivery to most locations in India, the US, and the UK. For locations outside our service area, we use India Post services.

3. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

All prices are inclusive of taxes and duties. Orders below a certain amount are subject to shipping charges.

4. When will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Our dispatch days are from Monday to Friday to avoid weekend transit delays. We do not dispatch on national holidays or festivals. After dispatch, your order should reach you in 2-3 days if you are in a Tier 1 city in India, 4-5 days for Tier 2 & 3 cities. Orders outside India may take a week or more to arrive. All our orders are insulated and packed with ice gels. Please refrigerate them upon receipt.

5. What do I do if I never received my order?

9. How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Our ingredients come from regions across India, from the majestic Himalayas to the lush green Western Ghats. We make chocolate from scratch, from bean to bar.
