TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 ) ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Every creation you want is handcrafted by our all women workforce at our home based kitchen in Udaipur. 
Except for public holidays, your orders will most likely be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

2) SHIPPING DAYS
Your orders are shipped- in temperature controlled packaging- on Mondays through Thursday, to avoid your chocolate being in a transit facility over the weekend. However due to unavoidable circumstances, We may not be able to ship out orders on certain days. This is to prevent the chocolates from melting in transit or a shipping facility that is not temperature controlled. Maximum Shipping days is 10 - 12 (In rarest case).

3) Shipping Policy
On orders above certain amount we are able to compensate for your shipping charges. Since we use standard and bubble wraps and dry ice to ship in some cases we will have to charge the cost additionally.

The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. Saraam shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery. 

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

 Incase of National Bandh, Natural Catastrophes or Regional Lockdowns we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to the next suitable date.
However, in such cases you will be informed.
 

 


4) RETURN POLICY
As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us. We are here to help!

*We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or invalid addresses. Any returned items due to the wrong address being given will be charged appropriately.
