Welcome to Saraam Chocolates! This Shipping Policy outlines our standard shipping and domestic delivery practices. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Shipping Method: We offer the following shipping method:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option is available for domestic deliveries within India.

Shipping Rates: On orders above certain amount we are able to compensate for your shipping charges. Since we use standard and bubble wraps and dry ice to ship in some cases we will have to charge the cost additionally. Rates are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery Time: Your orders are shipped- in temperature-controlled packaging- on Mondays through Thursdays, to avoid your chocolate being in a transit facility over the weekend. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, We may not be able to ship out orders on certain days. This is to prevent the chocolates from melting in transit or a shipping facility that is not temperature-controlled. Maximum Shipping days are 10 - 12 (In rarest case).

Processing Time: Every creation you want is handcrafted by our all-women workforce at our home-based kitchen in Udaipur.
Except for public holidays, your orders will most likely be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will make multiple delivery attempts. If you are unable to receive your package after several attempts and the order is returned to us, we provide no refund. 

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
